ABOUT THE TRAINING:

The EUPHORIA SEQUENCE™ Training focuses on a light, simplified variant of the foundational Kindrêd meditation that's designed to be more accessible to new participants and easier to facilitate.

The training will feature a website study guide with lessons, assignments and short pre-recorded videos focusing on particular important aspects of facilitating Kindrêd as well a minimum requirement to participate in at least 15 hrs of live classes (hours you've already spent in live classes can count toward this). Live classes can be chosen from among any of those available on the Community Membership site led by a senior teacher.

The course is designed to be 'go at your own pace', to accommodate the many different schedules and time zones of our students. To successfully complete the course and become an accredited EUPHORIA SEQUENCE™ Teacher you must complete all the modules within a 6-month period.

WHAT YOU’LL LEARN:

The training will give you:

1. A thorough understanding of the basic principles of Kindrêd Meditation.

2. Expertise in practicing the EUPHORIA SEQUENCE™, a simplified variant of the original practice meant to be more quickly accessible and easier to share.

3. A deep understanding of how to create spaces where those you’re facilitating can more easily connect with themselves and each other.
