KINDRÊD: SINTRA (FRIENDS)

Join us May 3-7, 2024 (or as many days as you can) in the oceanic forest magic of Sintra, Portugal.

INCLUDES:

4 and a half days of profound connection, growth & joy.

1. For the first 2 and a half days you’ll participate in and witness our founder Jesh de Rox and guest instructors lead a modern co-creative Kindrêd meditation retreat designed to help participants foster friendship between their body and mind with an amazing crew of other humans.

2. You’ll practice powerful techniques to instantly regulate your emotions, spur creative genius and access altered states of consciousness in practice with others.

3. You’ll master the Euphoria Sequence™, a simplified variant of Kindrêd you can use to create specific feelings and build the life you want for yourself.

4. For the last 2 days you’ll dive deeply into the beautiful architecture of the Kindrêd practice with a variety of instructors, studying the powerful underlying biological mechanics that make it so effective. You’ll get practice leading and mentorship on the best ways to share the practice with your loved-ones, clients and community.

5. Support, friendship and belly-laughter with a good-hearted community who knows how to have fun. It’s the best way we know of to meet other beautiful humans, future best friends and maybe even the love of your life.

6. Delicious, holistic food by our own private vegan chef (optional).

7. Up to 4 nights in a shared room sleep-over style or private accommodation (depending upon the option you choose below). Teachers are able to come to any of the sessions throughout the week (including the more intensive ones marketed externally as “Teacher Training”) and will find benefit from them all.

8. Optional daily light yoga, hiking, games and lot’s of laughing.

WHERE: A private residence in Sintra, about an hour drive from Lisbon airport. Participants have the option to arrange carpooling with other attendees after flying into Lisbon.

The first 2.5 days will be classic Kindrêd and the last 2 will be more advanced. Teachers / friends are welcome to come to any or all of them so if you are only coming for 3 days you can choose any of the three days during the 3-7.

2. 4 AND A HALF DAYS - COMMUNITY: 1 PAYMENT OF $695 *
(Includes food and shared-room accommodation)

The first 3 days will be classic Kindrêd and the last 3 will be more advanced. Teachers / friends are welcome to come to any or all of them.
