Join us May 3-5 for the Kindrêd creative retreat OR 3-7 for the Kindrêd Teacher Training.

1. For the first 2 and a half days you’ll participate in and witness our founder Jesh de Rox and guest instructors lead a modern co-creative Kindrêd meditation retreat designed to help participants foster friendship between their body and mind with an amazing crew of other humans.

2. You’ll practice powerful techniques to instantly regulate your emotions, spur creative genius and access altered states of consciousness in practice with others.

3. You’ll explore the Euphoria Sequence™, a simplified variant of Kindrêd you can use to create specific feelings and build the life you want for yourself.

4. If you choose to join the Teacher Training, for the last 2 days you’ll dive deeply into the beautiful architecture of the Kindrêd practice with a variety of instructors, studying the powerful underlying biological mechanics that make it so effective.

The Teacher Training includes 6 months of additional online support and training that will equip you with the tools you need to share the magic of Kindrêd with others. You’ll also receive significant discounts to future Kindrêd events and invitations to private advanced trainings.
