Welcome to Kindrêd Live Membership. These are the terms for using our membership and platform.
By purchasing a membership to Kindrêd Live or accessing or using this platform, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Refund Policy
By purchasing a membership to Kindrêd Live, you acknowledge that you are joining a collective experience and you are important. All payments are final. Canceling your subscription stops your next scheduled billing cycle, but does not refund the current period you've already paid for. Superfriends Collective does not offer refunds for change of mind, non-participation, scheduling conflicts, or any other reason.
Participation & Community Standards
Kindrêd Live includes live online sessions and a library in a private community portal. Participants are expected to bring presence, reciprocity, and respect into all interactions. Superfriends Collective reserves the right to revoke a participant’s access to the program without refund if their behavior is disruptive, harmful, or in violation of these community standards.
Changes to Schedule
Superfriends Collective reserves the right to modify schedules, program elements, or bring in substitute facilitators if needed. We'll communicate any significant changes promptly and with care.
Superfriends Collective reserves the right to modify, pause, or discontinue Kindrêd Live, in whole or in part, at any time. If we make a significant change to the program's structure or availability, we will provide reasonable notice to active members.
Access & Technical Requirements
Kindrêd LIve is delivered entirely online. Participants are responsible for their own internet connection, device compatibility, and technical setup. While we strive to provide a seamless experience, Superfriends Collective is not liable for technical difficulties, internet outages, or platform issues that may affect your access.
Recording & Privacy
Superfriends Collective will record sessions for participants who cannot attend live. By participating, you consent to appearing in recordings if you choose to turn on your camera or unmute. Recordings are for personal use only and may not be shared, downloaded, or distributed. We respect your privacy—you may participate with camera off at any time.
By participating with your camera on or your microphone unmuted, you also grant Superfriends Collective permission to use brief excerpts, clips, or still images from session recordings for promotional and marketing purposes, including on our website and social media. If you would prefer your likeness not be used this way, please let us know at hello@feelkindred.com and we will honor that request going forward.
Intellectual Property
All materials, frameworks, and methods presented within Kindrêd Live are the intellectual property of Superfriends Collective, except where a session is led by a guest facilitator sharing their own original teachings, practices, or materials, which remain the intellectual property of that facilitator. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or repurpose any content or materials for commercial use without express written consent from the applicable owner.
Age Requirement
Kindrêd Live is intended solely for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By purchasing, accessing, or participating in Kindrêd Live, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
Limitation of Liability
Superfriends Collective and its team are not responsible for any loss, injury, or damages arising from your participation in our programs, services, or events. By taking part, you agree that your use of our offerings is entirely at your own discretion and risk. Our total liability, under any circumstances, is limited to the amount you paid for the service.
Disclaimer
Kindrêd Live is a personal development experience which can also influence and shape your professional career and lifestyle. While strategies and frameworks are taught to support your growth in many areas of your life, each person's journey is unique. Superfriends Collective does not provide medical or therapeutic services. Superfriends Collective makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes. Results vary and are dependent on each participant’s commitment, implementation and personal circumstances.
Well-Being & Self-Responsibility
Kindrêd Live sessions may include movement, breathwork, or other embodied practices. You are responsible for practicing within your own physical capacity, in a space that is safe for movement, and for consulting a healthcare provider before participating if you have any condition that could be affected by physical activity. You are always welcome to modify, pause, or opt out of any part of a session.
Changes to These Terms
Superfriends Collective may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. If we make a material change, we will notify active members. Continued participation in Kindrêd Live after a change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Massachusetts, USA.
General Provisions
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect. These Terms & Conditions represent the entire agreement between you and Superfriends Collective regarding Kindrêd Live membership.

By purchasing a membership to Kindrêd Live, or accessing or using this platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
