Refund Policy
By purchasing a ticket to Superbloom Festival, you acknowledge that you are joining a collective experience and you are important. All sales are final. Kindrêd Organization does not offer refunds for change of mind, non-participation, scheduling conflicts, or any other reason.

Participation & Community Standards
The Superbloom festival experience includes live sessions, classes, performances, interactive experiences, guest speakers, and a private community space. Participants are expected to bring presence, reciprocity, and respect into all interactions. Kindrêd Organization reserves the right to revoke a participant’s access to the program without refund if their behavior is disruptive, harmful, or in violation of these community standards.

Changes to Program
While we've carefully curated the Superbloom experience, Kindrêd Organization reserves the right to modify speakers, schedules, or program elements if needed. We'll communicate any significant changes promptly and with care.

Access & Technical Requirements
Superbloom Festival is delivered online. Participants are responsible for their own internet connection, device compatibility, and technical setup. While we strive to provide a seamless experience, Kindrêd Organization is not liable for technical difficulties, internet outages, or platform issues that may affect your access.

Recording & Privacy
Sessions may be recorded for participants who cannot attend live. By participating, you consent to appearing in recordings if you choose to turn on your camera or unmute. Recordings are for personal use only and may not be shared, downloaded, or distributed. We respect your privacy—you may participate with camera off at any time.

Intellectual Property
All materials, frameworks, and methods are the sole intellectual property of Kindrêd Organization and the guest speakers and teachers who are part of the Superbloom Festival program. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or repurpose any of the content or materials for commercial use without express written consent.

Limitation of Liability
Kindrêd and its team are not responsible for any loss, injury, or damages arising from your participation in our programs, services, or events. By taking part, you agree that your use of our offerings is entirely at your own discretion and risk. Our total liability, under any circumstances, is limited to the amount you paid for the service.

Kindrêd Organization makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes. Results vary and are dependent on each participant’s commitment, implementation and personal circumstances.

Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Massachusetts, USA.

By purchasing a Superbloom ticket, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
