Refund Policy. All sales are final. Superfriends Collective does not offer refunds for change of mind, non-participation or any other reason.

Participation & Community Standards. The Superbloom Festival experience includes a temporary community discussion space. Participants are expected to bring presence, reciprocity, and respect into all interactions. Superfriends Collective reserves the right to revoke a participant’s access to the program without refund if their behavior is disruptive, harmful, or in violation of these community standards.

Access & Technical Requirements. The Superbloom Collection is accessed and delivered online through an educational platform called Membership IO. Participants are responsible for their own internet connection, device compatibility, and technical setup. While we strive to provide a seamless experience, Superfriends Collective is not liable for technical difficulties that may affect your access.

Intellectual Property. All materials, frameworks, and methods are the sole intellectual property of Superfriends Collective and the guest speakers and teachers who are part of the Superbloom Collection. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or repurpose any of the content or materials for commercial use without express written consent.

Limitation of Liability. Superfriends Collective and its team are not responsible for any loss, injury, or damages arising from your participation in our programs, services, or events. By taking part, you agree that your use of our offerings is entirely at your own discretion and risk. Our total liability, under any circumstances, is limited to the amount you paid for the service.

Disclaimer. The Superbloom Collection is a personal development experience which can also influence and shape your professional career and lifestyle. While strategies and frameworks are taught to support your growth in many areas of your life, each person's journey is unique. Superfriends Collective does not provide medical or therapeutic services. Superfriends Collective makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes. Results vary and are dependent on each participant’s commitment, implementation and personal circumstances.

Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Massachusetts, USA.

Agreement. By purchasing The Superbloom Collection, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
