ABOUT KINDRÊD:
Kindrêd is a modern form of meditation that many people find to be far easier than classic meditation.
It’s designed specifically to work with modern people with busy lives and short attention spans who find older methods too difficult or boring.
Kindrêd combines simple, natural movements, guided imagination and human connection to reach altered states of consciousness, similar to being on drugs, but just using your body.
The practice teaches you to easily regulate difficult emotions like anxiety and anger and increase beneficial feelings like wonder, joy and love.
Kindrêd is a meditation practice originally designed for artists. It builds the creative centers of the brain, improving problem solving, innovation and individual expression, helping you to strengthen your connection with your creative voice.

THE RETREAT INCLUDES:
1. 3 days of self-exploration, human connection & bliss led by founder of Kindrêd, Jesh de Rox, practicing co-creative meditation with a wonderful community of humans from around the planet.
2. Guidance in a simple & powerful movement meditation practice that help you sync your body & mind, opening access to deep states of creativity and joy.
3. Guidance through self-practice forms of Kindrêd that help you continue your journey of building friendship with your body after the retreat.
4. Optional light daily yoga, stretching & exercise.
5. Option to stay 3 nights with us at the villa (not included in the Scholarship Rates).
6. After-hours connection & adventures, lots of laughing & more fun than you've had since you were a kid.
7. The feeling that you are exactly where you are supposed to be - supported, loved, rich with friendship, full of life, like you are made of light.
LATIN SCHOLARSHIP:
A generous donor who cares deeply for the Latin people and is a big fan of the Kindrêd meditation practice, (who has asked to remain anonymous) has offered two levels of scholarship to anyone of Latin descent living in Central or South America who wants to attend the retreat but cannot do so due to finances.
Scholarship A reduces the full rate of $1500 down to $500. The donor will put $1000 toward attendance for each participant, leaving only $500 for participants to pay.
Scholarship B reduces the full rate of $1500 down to $250. The donor will put $1250 toward attendance for each participant, leaving only $250 for participants to pay.
In respect of the gift, we ask that you only use these options if the retreat is otherwise out of your reach.
