As you navigate the powerful transition of peri-menopause, menopause or embrace the years beyond, I extend my hand in reverence to the wisdom you carry.

I am an Aliveness Advocate and Somatic Meditation Practitioner dedicated to helping women rekindle our deepest connection with life itself.

These past several years have been a profound journey for me into the Crone archetype—that ancient goddess/queen/shaman/mystic who resides within each of us.

This exploration has revealed to me the treasure of inter-generational knowing that lives not just in our bodies, but in the very tissues of earth, sea, sky, and stars.

Our bodies hold memories and wisdom that mainstream society often encourages us to ignore. Yet, I've discovered that our potential at this stage of life is truly infinite.

Far from diminishing, we are expanding into our fullest power.

Earth is not merely our home—she is a sentient being offering rich, juicy lessons, tender opportunities, and abundant possibilities alongside her harsh realities. In reclaiming my connection with her, I've found a way of being that honors both her cycles and mine.

I invite you to join me in this reconnection, so we might thrive together in this sacred relationship.

My Crone offerings are grounded in somatic practices—gentle yet powerful body-centered explorations that help us step into our authority, agency, and authenticity.

Our body-minds hold magic beyond measure and creative power waiting to be expressed.

I don't see myself as a healer, but rather as a gardener of the magic already within you.

My role is to tend, nurture, and nourish the seed-dreams of your life, encouraging them to live their fullest expression.

we will learn to embody Crone’s

  • Authority: I give myself permission to be present/engaged/actively choosing how I want to respond to life - even when there is discomfort, challenge, uncertainty.

  • Agency: I own my sovereignty. I claim my right to a beautiful life - in my own body. I make choices that are healthy and beneficial for my body, for my life, my queendom.

  • Authenticity: I know who I am. I embody both feminine and masculine qualities (yin/yang): of grace, beauty, flow, chaos, collaboration and receptivity, & also of structure, form, security, safety, action, and focus.

The Crone uses these attributes to support, benefit, guide and bless herself and her queendom.
